Understanding user behavior to improve conversion

In this project, we need to completely rethink the user experience on the website. To achieve this, I worked in co-creation with stakeholders in a Design Sprint to help define the new project, understanding their pain points, doubts and pointing out possible paths. Together with another designer (researcher), we carried out quantitative research + usability tests to better understand the target audience and refine the new interface. With this knowledge in hand, I started working on the canvases, considering the results of research and tests where we arrived at defining the final objective. The structure was designed to accept functionalities for integrating the physical store with the website and also preparing the new interface for the future online sale of used cars.
