During the almost 2 years that I worked for this client, I worked for several different teams and squads, helping each team to meet their requirements. I worked on improving the platform for technical sales consultants (called CTV in Brazil), with the goal of improving its usability and performance, and increasing the sales team's adherence to its use. Teams I worked for: • Product Recommendations • Farm Management • Financial Solutions • Design Ops (with design system) • Corporate (not platform related) Some results achieved: • Adjustments to the platform helped reduce the Customer Effort Score (CES) by 10%; • Improvements to the platform helped improve the user experience, supporting more than 500 sellers across Brazil and generating more than 40 thousand orders converted into billions of reais in transactions. • Redesigned the structural and visual pattern of dashboards used by the BI team, converting 45% of the more than 80 dashboards used by the company to the new format in 6 months.
